Spring 2026 | Columbus Museum of Art
In an era of overstimulation, content overload, and rising loneliness, we’re reimagining what a leadership conference can be. The Slowdown Summit is a thoughtfully crafted, day-and-a-half experience for introverted leaders, creative, and neurodiverse professionals who are tired of performative busyness and surface-level networking.
This isn’t your typical conference. There are no crowded happy hours, no forced small talk, and no need to shout to be heard. The Slowdown Summit offers a safe, paced, and purposeful environment where attendees connect with intention, learn through reflection, and reshape what leadership looks like.
Designed from the ground up for those who feel out of place at conventional events, the Summit includes:
-
Low-stimulation spaces that support neurodivergent and introverted attendees.
-
Facilitated networking with opt-in small group conversations.
-
Workshops that nourish rather than exhaust.
-
Content rooted in creativity, personal growth, and self-inquiry.
-
Thoughtful delivery formats for visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners.
-
A shift from “What do you do?” to “What brings you here?”
This is leadership redesigned with care, connection, and clarity at its core.
Join us in 2026.
